Alternatively, for best results completely strip and sand all surfaces to bare wood. In any case if varnish <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>is easily removed by scraping, or if more than 25% is removed then it should be completely removed by scraping and <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>sanding, stripping with Penta Paint Stripper, or by means of a hot air blower.
