DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
\nTo prepare Sissons Concrete Primer for use, add 1 qt. of clean water per gallon of Primer and mix thoroughly. The new surface must be clean, free of dirt, dust, grease, oil and other debris. Fill all cracks, crevices etc., with an appropriate masonry filler. The purpose of a Primer on new concrete surfaces is to promote penetration of the paint system, satisfy porosity of the surface and to promote adhesion of the topcoat.
