Delivery Policy

All purchases will be processed under Berger Paints Barbados Limited. 100% of standard products are shipped within two business days. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays are processed the next business day and despatched within 48 hours thereafter.

Shipping Costs

Delivery is FREE on all orders from 3 gallons or minimum purchase of BBD$100.00. A delivery charge of BBD$18.00 will apply to all orders of less than 3 gallons or a value of less than BBD$100.00.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas, areas with difficult access or several items being delivered above one floor.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged in compliance with the laws of Barbados and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail notification with the order details.  If you do not receive an e-mail notification, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation at [email protected].

After completion of your order, please review your shipping address for accuracy and completeness.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the shipping address provided.

You will be notified about any item out of stock at the time the order is placed, and refunded the total amount of the item, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location

Curb-side pickup is available at all Colour Shop locations during regular business hours.

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery in Barbados.  We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to local Barbados addresses only.

Delivery Time

All orders for standard products will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmation. All efforts will be made to send all purchased items in the same shipment.  Berger Paints Barbados Limited, however reserves the right to deliver partial shipments (subject to items availability)

For custom; special or industrial orders an estimated delivery time will be provided from the date of the order, is a guide only, and subject to acceptance of the order.

Delivery date may also vary due to order size, delivery location and items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments at no extra charge.

Damaged Items in Transport
