We trust you’ll be delighted with everything you purchase at colourshop.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return all or any part of your order within 14 days from delivery of the items at no additional charge, provided the items are new and unused and in the original packaging.

Return Policy
To return an item or items ordered, you must complete our Returns Form including as much information as possible such as invoice number; product ID; delivery date; reason for your return, and indicate whether the return is for exchange/replacement or a refund. To download a Returns Form, please click here and email your completed Returns Form to us at onlinereturns@colourshop.com. Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will be subject to a shipping charge.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, unless stated otherwise. If there is a credit remaining on your account following an exchange, you may formally request via onlinereturns@colourshop.com a refund, or that the funds remain as a credit towards future purchases.

Please note that samples and tinted paints supplied to your exact specification cannot be easily resold and as such cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
