Berger Contractor Primer
Berger Contractor Primer is an excellent latex based emulsion primer specially formulated for concrete surfaces. Its high solid content gives it great hiding power and an excellent spreading rate. Berger Concrete Primer is low odour , low voc and lead free. It has very good alkali resistance, strongly adheres to the concrete and very good algal and fungal resistance.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
CONCRETE, PLASTER, MASONRY
If the surface is previously painted ensure that dirt, stains, loose material and contaminants are removed. If the surface is friable, remove the friable and loose material by wire brush or scraping. Thoroughly dust down the entire surface. Treat fungal growth, if any with Berger Biocidal Solution as a cleaning agent and a pre primer coat. Apply one coat of Berger Contractor Primer and allow it to dry for a minimum of one hour before top coating to concrete that has cured for at least 28 days

APPLICATION DATA |
Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying.
Use up to 250mls of clean water per 3.8L for thinning if necessary for ease of application depending on the method being used
Brush or Roller : Apply an even coat taking care to avoid runs and sags
Spray : Use conventional spray equipment.
