Berger Roÿale Gloss Emulsion Paint

Berger Roÿale Water-Based Luxury Gloss Emulsion Paint is Technologically advanced and has now changed the oil paint landscape forever, with comparable performance in flow leveling, adhesion, print, block and abrasion resistance. As a water-based formulation, Berger Roÿale Gloss Enamel is environmentally friendly low odour, low VOC and is lead. These unique properties make Berger Roÿale Luxury Gloss Enamel, the ideal environmentally friendly alternative to oil paint on primed substrates including wood and metal. Used in conjunction with Berger Grip & Seal Multi Surface Primer Sealer. Berger Roÿale Water-Based Luxury Gloss Enamel is also a great solution for metal, providing excellent protection against wear and rust.

SURFACE PREPARATION
CONCRETE – Surface to be painted must be clean and free from all dust, dirt, grease and any contamination. Scrape and sand loose and flaking paint and feather edges to a uniform profile, New concrete must be allowed to cure for at least 28 days before priming. If painting uncured concrete, use Berger Alkali Sealer 2 weeks after plastering. Clean the surface to remove mould or fungus and treat with Berger Biocidal Solution. Thoroughly wash off the Berger Biocidal Solution, allow to dry, then re-apply Berger Biocidal Solution, don’t wash off before applying Berger Grip & Seal. Treat chalky surfaces with Berger Alkali Sealer or Berger Penetrating Liquid after removing most of the chalking material on the substrate. Allow the surface to dry before applying Berger Grip & Seal

METAL – Remove all rust and ensure surface is free of all contaminants including dust, grease, wax etc., then apply Berger Water Based Grip & Seal and allow to dry for the recommended time before application of Berger Roÿale Water-Based Luxury Gloss Enamel

APPLICATION DATA	Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying. Do not apply when humidity exceeds 95% and condensation is likely. Use up to 250mls of clean water per 3.8L for thinning if necessary for ease of application. Apply two coats of Berger Roÿale Water-Based Luxury Gloss Enamel Brush or Roller : Apply an even coat taking care to avoid runs and sags Spray : Use conventional spray equipment : Airless 1000 – 3000 psi; Tip 0.15” – 0.18”
